Great location, polite staff, well air-conditioned, helpful front desk, spacious room, comfortable bed.

Not obvious to find.

As a traveler, I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the bathroom. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk to many attractions and areas of the city. Lastly, the staff was wonderful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Nothing for me.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Ulaanbaatar. The location is fantastic, right near the main square and close to many areas of the city. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were spacious and had a huge bathroom, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was tasty and made to order.

All was alright.

Located in the heart of the city, it's within easy reach of shopping areas, restaurants, museums and landmarks. the hotel rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, rain shower, TV, bathrobes, and offer a delicious breakfast. the hotel also has a restaurant and fast Wi-Fi when it works.

One minor drawback is the potential for noise if many guests arrive late at night due to the hotel's size.

The hotel had an excellent location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had great features such as a flat panel TV and a rain shower. Plus, the food was delicious.

The maintenance of the room needed improvement. There were holes in the sheets, and it was difficult to plug in the electric tea pot because the cord was too short.

The hotel is perfectly located for the new year celebrations. We were able to easily walk to all the festivities and enjoy the lively atmosphere. the breakfast offered was delicious, with a good variety of food to choose from. the free room upgrade was a nice surprise, giving us even more space to relax in.

The staff did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the events happening during the new year celebrations. We had to rely on information from other tourists to plan our activities.
